• Fees and Fundraiser Responsibility Agreement Form, Band and Percussion:  This is the form that explains the participation fees and the Fundraiser Policy.  Includes page that needs to be signed by student and parents.

Make as many copies of the sponsorship letters as you'd like.  Mail them to family, friends, or local businesses to ask for financial support (sponsorships).  Be sure to personalize each letter with a greeting and a signature.  Also, follow up each donation with a thank-you note.
